Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Signalview (the “Service”) at signalview.xyz. By connecting a wallet or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Signalview is
Signalview lets you browse and publish backtested trading signals and deploy non-custodial AI agents that place perpetual-futures orders on Hyperliquid (and supported venues) on your behalf. The Service is software and information only. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or custodian, and it does not hold, control, or have access to your funds.
2. Non-custodial & your keys
Your funds remain in your own wallet at all times. Agents operate using a scoped, revocable key that can place orders only and can never withdraw or transfer your funds. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, keys, and any API keys (e.g. your LLM key) you provide, and for revoking agent authorization when you wish to stop trading.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals, scores, backtests, and agent decisions are automated outputs that may be wrong, delayed, or based on incomplete data. Backtested and past performance does not predict future results. You make your own decisions and bear your own risk.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading perpetual futures with leverage is extremely high-risk and can result in the total loss of your capital, including via liquidation, slippage, funding costs, smart-contract failure, oracle/price errors, network outages, or agent malfunction. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
5. Eligibility & jurisdiction
You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live. Perpetual-futures trading and certain crypto activities are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions (including, in various forms, the United States). You represent that you are of legal age and not a restricted or sanctioned person, and that you will comply with all applicable laws.
6. Fees
Publishing a signal may require a small on-chain fee (e.g. in HYPE). Agents pay the venue’s standard trading and funding fees, plus any builder fee disclosed in-product. Fees are non-refundable. On-chain transactions are irreversible.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, manipulate markets, abuse or overload the infrastructure, reverse-engineer security, or misrepresent signals you publish. We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service or its users.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalview and its contributors are not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
This document is a general template and not legal advice; have it reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it.
