Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This policy explains what Signalview (signalview.xyz) collects and how it’s handled. Signalview is non-custodial: we never hold your funds, and we minimize the data we touch.
1. What we collect
Wallet address — your public address, used to show your agents, balances, signals, and earnings. On-chain activity — public Hyperliquid data (positions, fills, funding) read to display performance. Agent configuration — the settings you choose when deploying an agent. Signals you publish — strategy parameters and their backtest/live stats.
2. Keys & secrets
Your LLM (Groq) key is stored locally in your browser and, when you deploy a hosted agent, sent to our backend encrypted at rest so the agent can run while your browser is closed. The scoped agent key that places orders is likewise encrypted; it can never withdraw funds. We store only a hash of an agent’s control secret — a database leak cannot be used to drive your agent.
3. What we do NOT collect
We do not custody funds, do not take your wallet’s private key or seed phrase, and do not require an email, name, or KYC to use the core product. We don’t sell personal data.
4. Analytics & third parties
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage (e.g. page views, feature use) and error monitoring to detect failures. The Service relies on third-party infrastructure — Hyperliquid (market data & execution), our LLM provider (signal confirmation), market-data and hosting providers — each governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Cookies / local storage
We use browser local storage for app state (your selected wallet, agent references, preferences, and your LLM key). These stay on your device; clearing them signs you out locally.
6. Data retention & your choices
Agent and signal records persist while in use. You can stop and remove agents, and clear local state from Settings (“Sign out / reset”). On-chain data is public and outside our control. To request deletion of server-side records tied to your address, contact us.
7. Security
Secrets are encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; you’re responsible for your wallet and device security.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
